The posting

  • Accueillir et renseigner le patient (horaires de réception, les possibilités de rendez-vous, les documents à apporter, les types d'intervention...)
  • Assurer la permanence téléphonique, la gestion des RDV, le traitement de la boîte emails, la rédaction d'emails, l'envoi de message et la complétude de l'agenda du dentiste
  • Créer et/ou compléter le dossier médico-administratif du patient, l'orienter vers la salle d'attente, de soins, d'examen, ...et avertir le praticien
  • Effectuer la stérilisation et la décontamination des instruments, l'identification et le conditionnement d'éléments médico-techniques (empreintes, éléments prothétiques, ...) et les transmettre au service concerné ou au praticien.
  • Réceptionner les éléments médico-techniques et en informer le praticien
  • Maintenir et assurer une propreté du cabinet.
  • Préparer le cabinet (rangement, propreté du fauteuil, ...) et le matériel pour l'intervention
  • Assister le praticien au fauteuil dans les limites légales autorisées.
  • Vérifier le fonctionnement des appareils et informer le service maintenance et/ou le responsable en cas de dysfonctionnement.
  • Suivre l'état des stocks de produits, identifier les besoins en approvisionnement et gérer la commande du matériel.
  • Gérer le paiement des interventions et établir les documents de remboursement pour le patient, ainsi que les documents et factures du cabinet.
  • Classer et archiver les dossiers des patients.
  • Aider et assister le dentiste et ces collaborateurs dans l'optimisation de son travail.
  • Faciliter l'exécution de l'art dentaire des dentistes du cabinet et dans la gestion quotidienne du cabinet.

Personne dynamique, polyvalente qui puisse parler francais, et un peu de portugais ou espagnol, avec envie d'aprendre et colaborer dan un cabinet denaire qui grandis de plus en plus.
