Medewerker snijzaal - Zoetermeer - €15,97 per hour - Productie - 36-40 uur Heb je ervaring in de voedingssector en wil je die graag inzetten bij het vervaardigen van hoogwaardige vleesproducten? Wij zijn op zoek naar medewerkers voor de uitsnijafdeling bij Luiten! Als assistent in de uitsnijderij draag je bij aan de voorbewerking en verwerking van vlees. In deze functie ondersteun je de uitsnijders in de rundvleesuitsnijderij. - Je voorziet de snijders van vlees - een taak die ook wel 'aanvoeren' wordt genoemd - door kratten op de snijtafels te kantelen. - Het bedienen van vleesverwerkingsmachines zoals een ontvleesmachine, een Meatmaster of een snijmachine; - Weegwerkzaamheden uitvoeren; afval verwijderen en containers aanvullen; schoonmaakwerkzaamheden volgens werkinstructies, vaak met behulp van een hogedrukslang; De starttijd op het werk is 06.00 uur en de eindtijd is flexibel. Het werk bestaat doorgaans uit een dienst van 8 uur, tussen maandag en vrijdag, maar extra uren en extra dagen in het weekend worden ingepland op basis van de operationele behoeften. Functievereisten - Je moet zware kratten kunnen tillen, langdurig kunnen staan en geen andere fysieke beperkingen hebben. - Je bent flexibel en bereid om overuren te maken. - Je spreekt Engels en/of Nederlands. - Je kunt zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig werken. - Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. - Je kunt werken in een omgeving met een temperatuur van 7 graden. - Je bent beschikbaar tijdens piekperiodes (december en Pasen). - Je bent bereid je te houden aan de voorschriften met betrekking tot alle zichtbare sieraden, piercings, kunstnagels/kunstwimpers of nagellak, die verboden zijn in voedselproductieomgevingen. Arbeidsvoorwaarden - € 0,09 toeslag per uur voor het werken in een omgeving met een temperatuur van 7 graden. - Jaarlijkse decemberbonus van 3,25% van het brutosalaris (op voorwaarde dat je ten minste 2 maanden bij Lu...
