De organisatie richt zich op het ondersteunen van ondernemers en bedrijven bij hun financiële administratie, accountancy en fiscale vraagstukken. Persoonlijk contact en een goede relatie met de klant staan hierbij centraal. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waarin kwaliteit en persoonlijke aandacht belangrijk zijn. Door de korte lijnen is er veel ruimte om vragen te stellen, kennis te delen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's en krijgt de begeleiding die nodig is om steeds zelfstandiger te worden in je werkzaamheden. De organisatie biedt een afwisselende werkomgeving waarin je met verschillende klanten en dossiers te maken krijgt. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administraties correct en volledig worden verwerkt en hebt daarbij oog voor bijzonderheden en eventuele aandachtspunten. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het samenstellen van jaarrekeningen en verzorg je de bijbehorende fiscale aangiften. Na een goede inwerkperiode krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen werkzaamheden en dossiers. Je bent daarbij ook een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor cliënten. Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden zorgvuldig en tijdig worden uitgevoerd.
