Geen anonieme dossiers, maar ondernemers die je kent, spreekt en écht verder helpt. Onze opdrachtgever is een toegankelijk accountants- en belastingadvieskantoor met 22 medewerkers en bestaat inmiddels ruim 25 jaar. De sfeer is warm en informeel, de lijnen zijn kort en er is weinig hiërarchie. Tegelijkertijd wordt er professioneel en hard gewerkt. Vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en aandacht voor zowel de klant als de medewerker staan centraal. Voor de verdere versterking van het team zijn wij, Holland Talent Group, op zoek naar een ervaren en klantgerichte: ASSISTENT ACCOUNTANT | 32-40 uur | Den Haag | Persoonlijk accountantskantoor Functie - Zelfstandig beheren van je eigen klantenportefeuille: je hebt je eigen klanten en bent voor hen een vast aanspreekpunt; - Voorbereiden en samenstellen van jaarrekeningen; - Verzorgen en controleren van financiële administraties; - Onderhouden van persoonlijk contact met ondernemers; - Bespreken van financiële vraagstukken met klanten; - Zorgdragen voor een correcte en volledige dossiervorming; - Bewaken van afspraken, kwaliteit en voortgang; - Signaleren wanneer aanvullende expertise of ondersteuning nodig is; - Samenwerken met accountants, fiscalisten en andere collega's; - Uitgroeien tot een vertrouwd financieel aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Wat heb je nodig? - Een afgeronde of lopende hbo-opleiding Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie, SPD of vergelijkbaar; - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante financieel-administratieve werkervaring; - Ervaring met dossiervorming voor jaarrekening...
