Wil jij meer doen dan alleen administraties verwerken? In deze functie als Assistent Accountant / Financieel Adviseur werk je direct samen met ondernemers uit het MKB en help je hen met hun financiële administratie, belastingzaken en financieel inzicht. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid, klantcontact en ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied! Over de organisatie: Je komt te werken bij een groeiend financieel dienstverlenend kantoor met vestigingen in Meijel en Nederweert. De organisatie ondersteunt particulieren en MKB-ondernemers met administratieve dienstverlening, belastingaangiftes en financiële begeleiding. De werkwijze is persoonlijk en lokaal gericht, met korte lijnen en veel aandacht voor de klant. Wat ga je doen? Het verzorgen en bijhouden van financiële administraties. Hierbij krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en werk je nauw samen met ondernemers uit de regio; Het voorbereiden en indienen van belastingaangiftes; Het verzorgen van loonadministraties voor relaties; Het ondersteunen en adviseren van klanten bij financiële vraagstukken; Bancaire dienstverlening voor ASN Bank; Klantcontact en baliewerkzaamheden. Wie zoeken wij: Je bent iemand die zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen accountancy en financiële dienstverlening en die graag met klanten werkt; Je hebt minimaal een HBO-opleiding in finance, accountancy, bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting; Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; Je hebt interesse in administraties, belastingzaken en financieel advies; Een collega met een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkhouding; Je hebt een klantgerichte instelling; Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een pré.Wat wordt er geboden: Een rechtstreeks dienstverband bij deze werkgever; Salaris tussen 3.500 en 6.000 op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding; Mogelijkheden om parttime te werken (32-40 uur per week); Marktconforme pensioenregeling; Extra werknemersverzekering (WGA-hiaat).
