Jouw impact als Ervaren Assistent Accountant Als Ervaren Assistent Accountant bij Countus Wageningen ben jij een belangrijke schakel voor zowel onze klanten als het team. Je werkt aan een diverse klantenportefeuille met een sterke focus op de zorgsector en het regionale MKB. Jij zorgt voor kwaliteit, overzicht en inzicht door het samenstellen van jaarrekeningen, het verzorgen van administraties en het signaleren van kansen en risico's in de cijfers. Je schakelt proactief met klanten en collega's en denkt mee over financiële verbeteringen en optimalisaties. Daarbij werk je zelfstandig, maar zoek je ook actief de samenwerking op met accountants en fiscalisten binnen het team. Naast je inhoudelijke rol vervul je een coachende rol richting junior collega's: je begeleidt hen bij vakinhoudelijke vraagstukken, deelt je kennis en draagt bij aan hun ontwikkeling binnen het vak. Je houdt je o.a. bezig met: - Samenstellen van jaarrekeningen en tussentijdse cijfers; - Verzorgen en controleren van financiële administraties; - Signaleren van kansen en risico's en deze bespreken met klanten en collega's; - Begeleiden en coachen van junior assistenten; - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen binnen het team en richting klanten.
