Ben jij een ervaren assistent-accountant die zijn vak verstaat, maar niet per se gelukkig wordt van stijve pakken, onnodige hiërarchie en overwerkcultuur? Dan zou het zomaar kunnen dat je bij BijWoestenburg op je plek zit.

Wij zijn een accountants- en belastingadvieskantoor in het centrum van Enkhuizen. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk: we proberen juist níet te veel op het standaardbeeld van een accountantskantoor te lijken. Natuurlijk nemen we ons werk serieus. Heel serieus zelfs. Maar onszelf wat minder.

Bij ons vind je een ontspannen sfeer, korte lijnen, betrokken collega’s en klanten die ons kennen als benaderbaar, duidelijk en persoonlijk. We werken vanuit een karakteristiek pand in de binnenstad van Enkhuizen, met een fijne werkplek en een deur die altijd open staat.

Wat ga je doen?

Als ervaren assistent-accountant krijg je bij ons veel verantwoordelijkheid en klantcontact. Je werkt voor je eigen klantenpakket en zorgt ervoor dat alles goed loopt: van administratie tot jaarrekening en van tussentijdse cijfers tot praktische adviezen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- het samenstellen van jaarrekeningen;

- het beoordelen van financiële administraties;

- het voorbereiden of verzorgen van fiscale aangiften;

- het signaleren van adviespunten;

- het begeleiden van klanten bij hun financiële vragen;

- het meedenken over slimmere en leukere werkprocessen;

- het ondersteunen van accountants bij complexere dossiers.

Je bent niet alleen bezig met cijfers, maar vooral ook met mensen. Onze klanten waarderen het wanneer je helder uitlegt wat er speelt, meedenkt en niet moeilijk doet als het makkelijk kan.

Heb je fiscale kennis of vind je het leuk om daar meer mee te doen? Dan is dat absoluut een pre. We zijn een kantoor waar accountancy en fiscaliteit dicht bij elkaar liggen, dus er is genoeg ruimte beide te combineren.
