We zoeken een gedreven Assistent Accountant die met enthousiasme onze klanten bedient, kansen ziet in de cijfers en collega's inspireert om mee te groeien. Jouw impact als Assistent Accountant Als Assistent Accountant ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het contact met onze klanten. Je stelt jaarrekeningen samen, signaleert verbeterpunten en vertaalt cijfers naar inzichten waar ondernemers echt iets aan hebben. Daarnaast verzorg je fiscale aangiften en werk je mee aan diverse financiële vraagstukken. Samenwerking staat centraal: je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende expertises en begeleidt (junior) collega's om hen te helpen groeien. Zo draag je niet alleen bij aan het succes van onze klanten, maar ook aan dat van het team. Je houdt je o.a. bezig met: - Samenstellen van jaarrekeningen en fiscale stukken voor ondernemers; - Signaleren en bespreken van verbeterpunten bij klanten; - Verzorgen van fiscale aangiften (IB, VPB, OB en dividendbelasting); - Adviseren van klanten samen met accountant en fiscalist; - Begeleiden en enthousiasmeren van junioren. Wat breng jij mee? Je hebt ambitie en minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in de accountancy. Daarnaast heb je een hbo-opleiding afgerond, bijvoorbeeld in Bedrijfseconomie of Accountancy, en weet hoe je risicogericht jaarrekeningen opstelt. Kwaliteit leveren, zelfstandig werken en initiatief nemen passen bij jou. Je schakelt gemakkelijk met ondernemers en adviseert hen waar nodig. Daarnaast krijg je energie van het opbouwen van klantrelaties en draag je graag bij aan de verdere groei van Countus Zeewolde.
