De gemeente Mook en Middelaar is een kleine en dynamische gemeente waar hard gewerkt wordt aan een gezamenlijk doel: een prettige woonomgeving voor de inwoners van deze mooie gemeente (met ongeveer 8.000 inwoners).Onze organisatie wordt gekenmerkt door een informele en open sfeer waar resultaatgericht wordt gewerkt. Trots, open, verantwoordelijk en collectief zijn onze kernwaarden. Bovendien brengt de bijzondere ligging van onze gemeente, in het noordelijkste puntje van Limburg op de grens met Gelderland, een dubbele oriëntatie met zich mee, wat voor een ieder van ons een extra uitdaging vormt Opdracht Voor onze afdeling Sociaal (Sociaal Domein, Publiekszaken) zoeken wij een zelfstandige en doortastende interim assistent afdelingshoofd die het afdelingshoofd tijdelijk ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse aansturing en organisatie van de afdeling. De afdeling Sociaal werkt aan uiteenlopende onderwerpen op het gebied van onder andere jeugd, Wmo, participatie, werk en inkomen en Burgerzaken. De dynamiek is groot en onderwerpen lopen regelmatig door elkaar heen. Juist daarom zoeken we iemand die snel kan schakelen, overzicht houdt en ervoor zorgt dat zaken worden opgepakt en afgerond. Je bent een ondersteunende professional die naast het afdelingshoofd staat. Je neemt organisatorische en coördinerende werkzaamheden uit handen, zoekt zaken uit, stemt af met collega's en andere betrokkenen en houdt de voortgang in de gaten. Je hoeft daarbij niet overal zelf inhoudelijk specialist in te zijn. Wel weet je de juiste vragen te stellen, de juiste mensen te vinden en door te pakken wanneer dat nodig ...
