Jullie bespreken de planning en de acties van deze week, zoals de nieuwe collectie van Michael Kors die net is binnengekomen. Daarna help je een nieuwe collega die nog wat onzeker is bij haar eerste klant. Je geeft tips over het presenteren van de nieuwste monturen en doet een paar aanpassingen aan de planning. Je kijkt tevreden rond: iedereen is goed bezig. Als assistent bedrijfsleider ben jij de rechterhand van de bedrijfsleider. Je leert hoe je een team aanstuurt, een winkel runt en medewerkers coacht. Je dag ziet er ongeveer zo uit: ✔ Klanten adviseren en collega's begeleiden op de werkvloer; ✔ Meedenken over de planning, omzet en doelstellingen; ✔ Nieuwe medewerkers inwerken en ondersteunen; ✔ Meewerken op de vloer en zorgen voor een de beste service. Ook heb je voor deze vacature: - Hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Bij voorkeur een vakdiploma Opticien; - In ieder geval zo'n 2 jaar ervaring als assistent bedrijfsleider, filiaalmanager of vestigingsmanager in de optiekbranche of retail (of tenminste de ambitie om door te groeien naar een soortgelijke rol); - Een scherpe focus op het behalen van resultaten.
