Als Assistent Bedrijfsleider speel je een sleutelrol in de dagelijkse werking van ons bedrijf. Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerders en stuurt mee de operationele processen aan.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Operationele leiding: Je assisteert bij het plannen, opvolgen en optimaliseren van de teeltprocessen (planten, verzorgen, oogsten).
  • Team aansturen: Je coördineert en motiveert onze (seizoens)arbeiders tijdens de oogst- en productiemomenten.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je controleert de versheid, sortering en presentatie van onze aardbeien en groenten.
  • Logistiek & verkoop: Je helpt mee met het klaarmaken van bestellingen, het lossen en laden van de vrachtwagens
  • Passie voor de sector: Je hebt een sterke voeling met land- en tuinbouw, werkt graag in de buitenlucht of de serre, affiniteit met de landbouw (afkomstig van de landbouw, reeds gewerkt op landbouwbedrijf).
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel: Je kunt zelfstandig beslissingen nemen en denkt proactief mee over procesverbeteringen.
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten: Je bent communicatief vaardig en weet een internationaal team van seizoenskrachten enthousiast aan te sturen.
  • Flexibiliteit: Werken in een natuurlijk ritme (met pieken in het oogstseizoen) is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Ervaring of opleiding: Een diploma in een agrarische richting of relevante ervaring in de sector is een sterke plus, maar motivatie en de wil om te leren zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
  • Rijbewijs CE is een pluspunt).
  • Je beschikt over P1 of P2 voor fytobehandelingen.
  • Taal: Nederlands en Engels (basis om te kunnen communiceren met de collega's op de werkvloer).
