Vacature:Assistent Bedrijfsleider (m/v) - Heinhuis Recycling B.V. Uren: Fulltime (parttime bespreekbaar) Werktijden: Maandag t/m vrijdag, 08:00 - 17:00 uur Startdatum: In overleg Over Heinhuis Recycling B.V. Met een betrokken team van collega's zorgen we dagelijks voor de inname, verwerking en afvoer van diverse recyclingstromen en grondstoffen. We houden van korte lijnen, aanpakken en duidelijke afspraken. Veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en een nette werkplek vormen daarbij de basis. Wat ga je doen? Als Assistent Bedrijfsleider ben je de rechterhand van de bedrijfsleider en directie. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de werkvloer, kantoor en directie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden goed verlopen, houdt overzicht en stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan de dagelijkse operatie. Je signaleert kansen, denkt mee over kosten, opbrengsten en rendement en komt zelf met ideeën om onze werkwijze verder te verbeteren. We zoeken daarom iemand die niet alleen mensen kan aansturen, maar ook cijfermatig sterk is en ideeën kan vertalen naar concrete plannen en resultaten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ondersteunen van de bedrijfsleider en directie bij de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering; - Coördineren van werkzaamheden en meedenken over planning en personeelsinzet; - Aansturen en ondersteunen van collega's, waaronder chauffeurs, terreinmedewerkers en administratie; - Overzicht houden over de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en waar nodig prioriteiten stellen; - Signaleren van knelpunten en zelfstandig met oplossingen komen; - Meedenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes, processen en werkwijzen; - Verbeterideeën uitwerken en waar mogelijk onderbouwen met cijfers; - Analyseren van operationele gegevens, zoals uren, volumes, transporten, kosten en opbrengsten; - Meedenken over rendement, efficiëntie en kostenbesparingen; - Maken en bijhouden van eenvoudige rapportages en managementoverzichten...
