In de nabije toekomst komen er binnen onze bakkerswinkels verschillende leidinggevende functies beschikbaar. Daarom zijn we nu al op zoek naar enthousiaste mensen die de ambitie hebben om door te groeien en die we intern kunnen opleiden voor zo'n functie. Wat ga je doen? Je begint midden in de winkel en leert onze bakkerswinkel van binnen en buiten kennen. Je bakt heerlijke producten, helpt en adviseert klanten en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een fijne sfeer in de winkel. Ondertussen krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en leiden we je stap voor stap op voor een leidinggevende functie . Wij vragen We zoeken iemand die: - enthousiast wordt van bakken en lekker eten ; - graag met mensen werkt ; - commercieel is en het leuk vindt om goed te verkopen ; - verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen; - collega's kan motiveren en graag samenwerkt; - ideeën heeft en wil bijdragen aan de verdere groei van de winkel ; Wij bieden Geen dag is hetzelfde De ene keer sta je zelf te bakken, het volgende moment help je een klant, stuur je collega's aan of denk je mee over hoe we de winkel nóg beter kunnen maken.
