Die zijn vak verstaat en gastvrijheid hoog in het vaandel heeft staan. - Beschrijving Van der Valk Hotel Almere is een luxe viersterren hotel. Het hotel beschikt over 210 hotelkamers en suites, verschillende restaurants, een binnen zwembad, sauna en fitness ruimte en een sfeervol ingerichte hotelbar. Daarnaast beschikt Hotel Almere over ca. 17 multifunctionele (vergader/ feest) zalen, waarnaast vergaderingen en congressen o.a. ook diners, buffetten en bruiloften gehouden kunnen worden. Functie: Binnen deze functie ben je samen met je collega assistent bedrijfsleiders verantwoordelijk voor de operationele afdelingen binnen ons hotel, zoals het restaurant, de bar, zalenafdeling en het hotelgebouw. Taken/ verantwoordelijkheden: + Verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van de werkzaamheden van onze medewerkers; + Toezien op de werkvooruitgang en uitvoeringskwaliteit; + Vervangen van de bedrijfsleider bij diens afwezigheid voor wat betreft lopende zaken; + Verzorging van het personeelsbeheer, waaronder het mede selecteren van nieuwe medewerkers, begeleiden en opleiden van nieuwe medewerkers, het uitvoeren van beoordelingen het opstellen van de werkroosters; + Bijdrage leveren aan het aanpassen van werkwijzen en procedures; + Het ontvangen van de gasten; + Afhandelen van vragen en klachten van gasten en medewerkers, en het vinden van oplossingen; + Zelf verrichten van alle voorkomende werkzaamheden. Functie eisen: + Grote mate van zelfstandigheid; + Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden; + Een commerciële, klantvriendelijke en initiatiefrijke instelling; + 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; + Kunnen omgaan met een sterk wisselende werkdruk; + Bereid om in het weekend en op feestdagen te werken; + Verzorgde en representatiev...
