Je werkt gewoon in een winkel bij jou in de buurt, met een topteam van leuke collega's. En omdat we als internationale winkelketen blijven groeien, kun jij met ons mee groeien. Bijvoorbeeld naar een rol als bedrijfsleider! Work where the Action is! Mede dankzij jou loopt de winkel op rolletjes. En gaan klanten én collega's elke dag met een glimlach de deur uit. Samen met de filiaalmanager zorg je dat de winkel er tiptop uitziet en dat onze producten goed verkopen. Je werkt mee op de winkelvloer en let erop dat alles schoon en netjes is. Ook denk je mee over de commerciële indeling van de winkel en de schappen, houd je de voorraad scherp in de gaten en bestel je op tijd nieuwe producten. Daarnaast geef je samen met de bedrijfsleider leiding aan je team van winkelmedewerkers. Je maakt de personeelsplanning en spreekt met sollicitanten. Hebben collega's of klanten vragen?
