Die kennis gebruik je om processen slimmer, beter en gastgerichter te maken. Samen met de bedrijfsleider ben je de rechterhand van de locatiemanager . Tijdens zijn afwezigheid nemen jullie zijn taken over en zorgen jullie dat de locatie goed blijft draaien. Kortom: we zoeken een kartrekker Iemand die ziet wat er nodig is, initiatief neemt en mensen meekrijgt . Je combineert organisatietalent met een hart voor gasten en medewerkers.
