- Amstelveen - 16 - 36 uur 16-36 uur per week | Periode: z.s.m. t/m 30 november 2026 Ben jij een betrokken begeleider die rust uitstraalt, goed kan aanvoelen wat een cliënt nodig heeft en graag werkt met een flinke dosis humor en luchtigheid? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor een gezellige woonlocatie zoeken wij een Assistent Begeleider niveau 3 voor een groep van zes bewoners met een ernstig verstandelijke beperking (EVB). De bewoners zijn tussen de 32 en 57 jaar oud. Zij communiceren non-verbaal en zijn volledig afhankelijk van begeleiding en ondersteuning bij hun dagelijkse verzorging. Een waardevolle en afwisselende werkplek Als begeleider bied je iedere bewoner de ondersteuning die past bij zijn of haar behoeften. Je werkt vanuit signaleringsplannen en persoonlijke dagprogramma's, waarbij het belangrijk is dat je goed kijkt, luistert naar gedrag en veranderingen tijdig herkent. Soms kan spanning bij een bewoner oplopen en kan dit zich uiten in agressief gedrag. Juist daarom is jouw rol zo belangrijk. Jij weet signalen vroegtijdig op te merken, blijft rustig en helpt mee om situaties op een veilige en respectvolle manier te de-escaleren. Overdag gaan de bewoners samen met de begeleiding naar de dagbesteding. Daar is volop ruimte voor activiteiten zoals wandelen, fietsen en andere passende bezigheden. Zo ziet het team eruit Tijdens doordeweekse dagdiensten werk je samen met drie medewerkers. In het weekend en tijdens avonddiensten bestaat het team uit twee medewerkers. Samen zorg je voor een veilige, prettige en vertrouwde omgeving waarin de bewoners zich zo goed mogelijk kunnen ontwikkelen en zichzelf kunnen zijn. Wie zoeken we? We zoeken een begeleider die: een diploma Assistent Begeleider niveau 3 heeft; affiniteit heeft met mensen met een ernstig verstandelijke beperking; rustig en stabiel blijft, ook wanneer een situatie spannend wordt; goed kan observeren en signalen van spanning tijdig herkent; zelfstandig...
