Als Begeleider flex ben je binnen Bronlaak werkzaam binnen de verschillende woonhuizen of werkgebieden. Een mooie kans om kennis te maken met de verschillende groepen en al onze bewoners! Afhankelijk van je beschikbaarheid wordt je ingepland. Als flexkracht word je met name ingezet binnen de woonhuizen waar met onregelmatige diensten wordt gewerkt. Je werk bestaat uit het bieden van structuur en zorgen dat deze toppers elke dag genieten en groeien in het zelfredzaamheid. Jij deinst niet snel terug als het gedrag soms lastig te lezen is, maar bent vindingrijk in het omgaan met complexe en onvoorziene situaties. Afhankelijk van de woongroep ondersteun je ook bij verzorgende taken Onze bewoners hebben naast de verstandelijke beperking soms ook bijkomende fysieke beperkingen. De verstandelijke beperking varieert van matig tot zeer ernstig beperkt. Daarnaast kan er in verschillende mate sprake zijn van complex gedrag. Dit maakt dat de begeleiding per individu aangepast is op zijn of haar draagkracht. Dit vraagt van jou flexibiliteit en geduld. Meebewegen met de cliënt, binnen de herkenbare kaders is een must. Waar je gaat werken hangt af van je ervaring, competenties en je persoonlijke (rooster) wensen.
