Als opdrachtnemer borg je de voortgang van meldingen, bewonerscommunicatie en specifieke toetsingen binnen de openbare ruimte. Dit kan uiteraard ook op detacheringsbasis. Beoogde resultaten en werkzaamheden Als zelfstandig opdrachtnemer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opleveren van de volgende concrete resultaten: - Zelfstandig afhandelen en coördineren van complexe vragen van interne en externe belanghebbenden. Je verzamelt benodigde data bij vakspecialisten en ontsluit contract- en dossierinformatie uit de beheersystemen. - Zelfstandig onderhouden van de operationele contacten met inwoners, vrijwilligers, sleutelbeheerders en maatschappelijke organisaties ten aanzien van groenbeheer. - Zelfstandig opstellen, voorbereiden en laten uitsturen van bewonersbrieven en omgevingscommunicatie. - Inrichten en bijhouden van een correcte registratie en bewaking van gemaakte afspraken met bewoners en stakeholders. - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van inhoudelijke toetsingen op vergunningaanvragen via het Omgevingsloket, in samenwerking met de betrokken productbeheerder.
