In het kort: Je gaat operationeel beheer van OVL en iVRI voorbereiden, coördineren en bewaken, knelpunten signaleren, meedenken in projecten en een adviesrapport opstellen over de toekomstige inrichting en formatie van de beheerorganisatie. Achtergrond van de opdracht: Binnen het team OVL/VRI ligt het volledige beheer momenteel bij één vaste beheerder. Om een heldere scheiding aan te brengen tussen tactisch/strategisch beheer en de operationele uitvoering, zoekt de gemeente een zelfstandig adviseur/expert. De opdracht bestaat uit twee hoofdonderdelen: - Het tijdelijk waarborgen en stroomlijnen van de operationele voorbereiding, coördinatie en kwaliteitscontrole op het gebied van Openbare Verlichting (OVL) en intelligente Verkeersregelinstallaties (iVRI’s). - Het uitvoeren van een analyse van de beheerorganisatie en het opleveren van een adviesrapport over de benodigde structurele formatie, takenverdeling en positionering van de operationele beheertaak binnen het team. Resultaatgebieden en Werkzaamheden Als gecontracteerd specialist draag je zorg voor de volgende resultaten: - Het zelfstandig voorbereiden, afstemmen en controleren van beheer- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan OVL en iVRI's. - Het afstemmen van werkzaamheden met externe aannemers en uitvoerende partijen op basis van contractafspraken en prestatie-eisen. - Het bewaken en verwerken van inspectiegegevens, onderhoudsdata en storingsmeldingen in de beheeradministratie. - Het signaleren van knelpunten in de dagelijkse beheerpraktijk en het doen van verbetervoorstellen. - Het inbrengen van operationele beheerdeskundigheid bij lopende ruimtelijke projecten en plannen, zodat beheerbaarheid op lange termijn geborgd is.
