De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Assistent Boekhouding:

  • Verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen en creditnota’s
  • Uitvoeren van algemene boekhoudkundige taken binnen financiële en diverse dagboeken
  • Voorbereiden van btw- en intrastataangiftes
  • Ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Opvolgen van debiteuren en crediteuren
  • Beheren van facturatie- en rappelmailbox en onderhouden van professioneel contact met klanten en leveranciers
  • Administratieve en operationele ondersteuning van het boekhoudteam

Onze klant Onze klant is een gevestigde speler binnen de bouwsector in Vlaanderen en realiseert diverse bouw- en renovatieprojecten voor professionele klanten. Binnen de organisatie werken verschillende gespecialiseerde teams samen aan duurzame en functionele projecten. Stabiliteit, samenwerking en kwaliteit staan hierbij centraal. Wie jij bent als Assistent Boekhouding:

  • Bachelordiploma in een financiële of boekhoudkundige richting
  • Eerste relevante werkervaring binnen boekhouding
  • Sterke administratieve nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail
  • Gestructureerde werkstijl met gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid
  • Vlot werken met MS Office en boekhoudsoftware
  • Kennis van KPD of BouwOffice is een pluspunt
  • Sterke kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
  • Teamgericht, betrouwbaar en oplossingsgericht
