Wij gaan op zoek naar een assistent filiaalleider voor onze klant actief in de garage- en banden, met vestiging in Evergem.

Dit is jouw takenpakket als assistent filiaalleider:

  • Eerste onthaal en aanspreekpunt voor klanten (afspraken, verkoop, service van de banden)
  • Opmaken van prijsoffertes en bespreken met klant, correcte en tijdige facturatie, plaatsen van bestellingen en het correct registeren in het systeem.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Branch Manager en bent de rechterhand voor de organisatie van het filiaal en neemt verantwoordelijkheid bij dienst afwezigheid.

Meewerkend:

  • Door jouw technische achtergrond sta ook je in voor het actief meewerken;
  • Het monteren van banden, balanceren, herstellen van banden;
  • Stellen van juiste diagnose, uitvoeren van herstellingen, klein- en groot onderhoud, remmen vervangen,..

Profiel

Jij als ideale kandidaat assistent filiaalleider kan dit afvinken:

  • Een mooie technische achtergrond binnen de de autosector door diploma en minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring;
  • Commerciële ingesteldheid, professioneel, communicatief;
  • Nauwkeurig, goed met PC (zoals MS Office), administratief sterk;
  • Rijbewijs B;
  • Respect voor collega's, klanten en werkgerief;
  • Meewerken? Daar hou je van!
  • Attesten HEV 2 en Airco? Mooi meegenomen;
