Samen met een team van 4 personen verzorgen we op deze locatie de lunch voor gemiddeld 180 lunchgasten. Als assistent cateringmanager werk jij in een rol als meewerkend leidinggevende. Je assisteert de manager en neemt haar taken over bij afwezigheid. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: Je werkt operationeel mee in het bedrijfsrestaurant met taken zoals voorbereiding van de lunch, broodjes maken en buffetten aanvullen; Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je collega’s op de werkvloer en zorgt voor een prettige en goede samenwerking binnen het team; Je ondersteunt de manager bij taken zoals de planning, bestellingen en andere administratieve taken. Zo krijg je de kans jezelf hierin verder te ontwikkelen! Werktijden Jouw werktijden liggen tussen 08.00 en 17.00 op doordeweekse dagen. De avonden en weekenden ben je dus lekker vrij! Bij uitzondering organiseren we een borrel of event (gemiddeld één keer per maand), waarbij we je flexibiliteit vragen. Wat neem je mee? We zijn op zoek naar iemand met ervaring in de catering die toe is aan een volgende stap met nieuwe verantwoordelijkheden. Verder herken je jezelf in het volgende: Je wordt gelukkig van het bereiden van kwalitatief goed en lekker eten; Je bent gastvrij, representatief en altijd in voor een praatje; Je vindt het leuk om een team aan te sturen, weet collega’s op een prettige manier te motiveren en houdt ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een salaris dat ligt tussen de €2.900 en €3.200 bruto per maand, op basis van een fulltime dienstverband en arbeidsvoorwaarden conform cao Hospitality; 8% vakantiegeld, 25 vakantiedagen en natuurlijk bouw je pensioen op; Je ontvangt een aantrekkelijke reiskostenvergoeding: vanaf 10 km van €0,23 per kilometer; Doorgroeimogelijkheden op één van onze 1100+ locaties door het hele land; Je krijgt een contract dat past bij jouw wensen en beschikbaarheid.
