Voor Sportoase Groot Schijn zoeken we een gedreven assistent centrummanager die organiseren, coachen en zelf meewerken moeiteloos combineert.

Wat doe je als Assistent Centrummanager?

Je ondersteunt de centrummanager in de dagelijkse werking en staat zelf 20 uur per week actief op de fitnessvloer. Een veelzijdige functie waarin je jouw organisatietalent én sportieve expertise volop kan inzetten!

  • Je denkt actief mee over de dagelijkse werking van de site
  • Je ademt de Sportoase-cultuur en maakt die voelbaar op de werkvloer
  • Je stelt de teamplanningen op en zorgt voor een efficiënte en evenwichtige bezetting
  • Je coacht en ondersteunt samen met de centrummanager je collega’s in hun dagelijkse werking
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, service en teamdynamiek en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen
  • Je draait mee in het permanentiesysteem, houdt het overzicht over de hele site en ondersteunt ook andere afdelingen waar en wanneer nodig
  • Je volgt nieuwe sporttrends op en denkt mee over het fitnessaanbod en de klantenbeleving
  • Je draait wekelijks 20 uur actief mee in de operationele fitnessplanning, inclusief avond- en weekendwerk

Kortom: jij combineert structuur en teamwerking met een actieve rol op de fitnessvloer. Zo zorg je samen met je collega’s voor een sterke werking én een kwaliteitsvolle sportbeleving.

Je houdt van plannen én aanpakken en krijgt energie van een omgeving waar elke dag anders is. Met jouw organisatietalent, sportieve kennis en enthousiasme voelen collega’s én klanten zich in goede handen.

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma in de sport- of recreatiesector
  • Je hebt een passie voor fitness en ervaring met het begeleiden van sporters of het geven van groepslessen
  • Je hebt een natuurlijke feeling voor teamwerking en weet collega’s te motiveren en ondersteunen
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en schakelt vlot wanneer nodig
  • Je bruist van energie, bent optimistisch ingesteld en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om actief mee te draaien in het operationele uurrooster, inclusief avond- en weekendwerk

En vooral: je combineert jouw passie voor fitness met de ambitie om samen met het team elke dag het beste uit de werking te halen.
