Jouw werk als Assistent Clustermanager In deze afwisselende functie combineer je de operationele werkvloer met overkoepelend leiderschap. Je coacht de floormanagers en medewerkers, zorgt voor een optimale personeelsbezetting en bewaakt de kwaliteit van service en winkeluitstraling.
