Als Assistent Coördinator in Breda ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de sortering en het team. Wordt Assistent Coördinator Logistiek in Breda en neem de uitdaging aan om de productiviteit en kwaliteit naar een hoger niveau te tillen in een dynamische omgeving! Wat bieden wij jou? - Een brutosalaris tussen € 2.357,- en € 3.241,- per maand (excl. ploegentoeslag); - Daarbovenop ontvang je 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Je bouwt via Alert vanaf dag één een stiPP Plus pensioen op; - Een goede reiskostenvergoeding voor je woon-werkverkeer; - Werken in een 4-ploegendienst voor een optimale afwisseling; - Snel doorgroeien naar Coördinator is reëel, bij goed functioneren wordt deze stap snel gezet, direct inclusief financiële groei; - Een verplicht ontwikkeltraject voor de rol van Coördinator, met begeleiding in o.a. verzuimgesprekken en praktijkcasussen, volledig tijdens werktijd; - Jaarlijkse beoordelingsverhoging: jouw prestaties worden elk dienstjaar beloond met een procentuele salarisverhoging; - Een open werksfeer waar jouw verbeterplannen en initiatieven echt tellen. Wat je nog moet weten: Je wordt onderdeel van een ambitieuze professionele familie waar resultaatgerichtheid en een goede teamsfeer hand in hand gaan. - Je beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in de logistiek en leidinggeven; - Je bent bereid om in een 4-ploegendienst te werken; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed; - Je woont binnen 25 km van Breda en beschikt over eigen vervoer; - Je bent handig met MS Office en hebt een sterke winnaarsmentaliteit.
