The posting

Als Assistent Coördinator Logistiek in Amsterdam ben je samen met de coördinator verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele aansturing van het depot. Je bewaakt de inbound- en outboundprocessen, verzorgt de werkplanning en stuurt de logistiek medewerkers motiverend aan op de werkvloer. Je bewaakt de afgesproken KPI's, Sla's, veiligheid en kwaliteit. Daarnaast help je mee om processen in te richten, kosten te verlagen, werkbesprekingen te leiden en zorg je voor een heldere overdracht tussen de shifts.

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

- Mede leidinggeven aan, monitoren van en motiveren van de logistieke medewerkers op de werkvloer; - Waarborgen van een efficiënte en veilige verloop van de dagelijkse inbound- en outboundstromen; - Opstellen van optimale werkplanningen, personeelsbezetting en voorbereiden van de dagstart; - Bewaken van de productiviteit, kwaliteit, orde, veiligheid en de afgesproken SLA’s en KPI's; - Zelfstandig signaleren, voorstellen en implementeren van duurzame procesverbeteringen; - Voorzitten van periodieke werkbesprekingen en zorgdragen voor een correcte ploegenoverdracht; - Actief schakelen tussen de werkvloer, planning en het management over de operationele stand van zaken; - Inrichten en structureren van nieuwe werkprocessen binnen de richtlijnen van het depot.
