Ben je organisatorisch sterk, klantgericht en voel je je thuis in een technische omgeving? In deze rol ondersteun je de Contract Managers en zorg je mee voor een vlotte, efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening op een prestigieuze site. Vanuit Mechelen, ben jij mede verantwoordelijk voor een project in Brussel.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Assistent Contract Manager inhoudt:

  • Optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en e-mail
  • Behandelen van binnenkomende oproepen en ondersteuning bieden aan klanten en technici
  • Opstellen en beheren van de operationele planning via interne softwaretools
  • Efficiënt inplannen van preventieve onderhoudswerken, interventies via de helpdesk en bijkomende projecten
  • Continu optimaliseren van de operationele werking door slim gebruik van planningssoftware
  • Opmaak van bestelbonnen voor materiaal en gereedschap
  • Opvolgen van leveringen, voertuigen en prestaties van technici
  • Meewerken aan wekelijkse, maandelijkse en kwartaalrapporteringen
  • Occasioneel deelnemen aan klantenoverleg samen met de Contract Managers

  • Ervaring heeft in het efficiënt inzetten van mensen en middelen
  • Vlot Nederlands spreekt; een goede kennis van het Frans is een plus
  • Ervaring heeft met software- en beheersprogramma’s
  • Een echte teamplayer is met zin voor initiatief
  • Assertief en empathisch communiceert met collega’s en klanten
  • Stressbestendig is en nauwkeurig werkt
  • Affiniteit heeft met techniek en onderhoud (preventief en curatief), bij voorkeur HVAC
  • Sterk klantgericht is en graag duurzame klantenrelaties uitbouwt
