Eindhoven Opleiding HBO (Bachelor) Ervaring Minimaal 2 jaar Werkweek 32 - 38 uur Salaris €3.574 - €4.536 p.m. Als Assistent Controller in Eindhoven ben je nauw betrokken bij het volledige financiële proces. Je verwerkt gegevens, bereidt managementinformatie voor en houdt de budgetten scherp in de gaten. Daarnaast verzorg je de aangiften en de CBS-opgaven en ondersteun je bij de jaarrekening. Wat ga je doen? In de rol van Assistent Controller voor onze opdrachtgever in Eindhoven ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige financiële administratieve proces. Je verwerkt inkoop- en verkoopfacturen, controleert grootboekrekeningen en bewaakt de juistheid van de boekhouding. Periodiek stel je managementrapportages op en analyseer je de cijfers om verbeterpunten te signaleren. Je verzorgt de aangiften omzetbelasting en de verschillende CBS-opgaven. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de maandelijkse planning & control cyclus en bewaak je het budget. Je bereidt de jaarrekening voor en zorgt dat alle financiële gegevens correct zijn voor de accountant. Verder optimaliseer je financiële processen en werk je met ERP-systemen en Excel om analyses en rapportages te maken. Je adviseert over kostenbeheersing en draagt bij aan financiële projecten die de efficiency van de organisatie verhogen. Kennis van accounting, BTW-regels en interne controles komt dagelijks van pas. Zo lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de financiële stabiliteit en groei van de organisatie.
