Werken bij Pozob Logo Functie omschrijving Als Assistent Controller maak je onderdeel uit van ons team Finance & Control, een team van vijf collega's. Samen zorgen jullie o.a. voor een betrouwbare financiële administratie, tijdige periodieke rapportages en een goede voorbereiding van de jaarrekening en accountantscontrole. Je werkt nauw samen met de Controller, die jouw eerste aanspreekpunt is. Je ondersteunt bij maand- en kwartaalafsluitingen, financiële vraagstukken en diverse projecten. Naarmate je groeit in de functie, krijg je steeds meer ruimte om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheden op te pakken. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van Finance & Control. Je denkt bijvoorbeeld mee over: - het verbeteren en ontwikkelen van BI-rapportages; - het automatiseren en slimmer inrichten van administratieve processen; - het verbeteren van interne controles en financiële processen; - het verder ontwikkelen van managementinformatie; - de mogelijkheden van AI binnen Finance & Control; - de financiële beheersing en monitoring van projecten. De basis staat goed, maar we blijven ontwikkelen. Jij helpt mee om processen verder te verbeteren, bewaakt wat goed werkt en ziet kansen om het nóg slimmer te doen. Functie eisen We zoeken iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, overzicht houdt en makkelijk kan schakelen. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in een aantal van de volgende punten: - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfseconomie, Finance & Control of Accountancy. - Je hebt kennis van financiële administraties en bij voorkeur enige ervaring met jaarrekeningen en relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Je kunt goed overweg met boekhoudpakketten. Ervaring met Exact Globe is een plus. - Excel kent voor jou weinig geheimen. - Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. - Je werkt gestructureerd en zelfstandig, bent analytisch en hebt oog voor detail. - Ervaring met rapportage- of BI-tool...
