The posting

Functieomschrijving Als Assistent Financial Controller maak je deel uit van het Finance Team. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor de financiële processen en rapportages binnen de organisatie. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met collega’s en ondersteun je bij onder andere: - Het maandelijks afsluiten van de financiële administratie, inclusief controles op tussenrekeningen en loonjournaalposten; - Opstellen van jaarrekening en vennootschapsbelasting; - Consolideren van cijfers van verschillende BV's; - Het verzorgen van de maandelijkse btw-aangiftes; - Projectmatig werken met verschillende BV's; - Het voorbereiden en ondersteunen van accountantscontroles; - Het voorbereiden van aangiftes vennootschapsbelasting; - Het opstellen van KvK rapportages; - Het voorbereiden van interne managementrapportages en externe rapportages (zoals voor aandeelhouders en banken); - Het verbeteren en automatiseren van financiële processen.

Je komt te werken met 1 andere Financial Controller. Je legt verantwoording af aan de Financial Director.

Functie-eisen Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische, groeiende organisatie en werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig. Je bent communicatief vaardig en weet snel verbanden te leggen. Daarnaast neem je initiatief en draag je graag bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Je brengt daarnaast mee: - Een hbo-opleiding in Finance, Control of Accountancy; - 0 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring; - Je bent stressbestendig en kan makkelijk schakelen; - Je voelt je thuis binnen een dynamische werkomgeving; - Jij kunt makkelijk schakelen tussen verschillende afdelingen.
