Assistent Controller, Brouwers - Zwolle - Hybride - - Zwolle , Overijssel , Nederland - € 4.000 - € 4.750 per maand - Staff Functieomschrijving Als Assistent Controller bij Brouwers ben je de rechterhand van onze financieel directeur. Je krijgt een brede en zelfstandige rol waarin financiële controle, dagelijkse operatie en procesverbetering samenkomen. Je wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren. Je ziet wat nodig is, zoekt zaken uit en zorgt dat het geregeld wordt. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de vraag van vandaag: kan het slimmer, eenvoudiger of efficiënter? De ene dag werk je aan rapportages, analyses of de jaarrekening, de andere dag ondersteun je relatiebeheerders bij de facturatie of duik je in AFAS om een financieel proces beter in te richten. Als Assistent Controller ondersteun je onze financieel directeur en werk je aan een betrouwbare financiële organisatie. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de financiële administratie, en pakt uiteenlopende financiële (ad-hoc) projecten en vraagstukken op. Kenmerkend voor deze functie is dat je operationeel werk combineert met procesverbetering. Je brengt knelpunten en handmatige werkzaamheden in kaart, onderzoekt de mogelijkheden en werkt toe...
