Voor een groeiende consultancyorganisatie in de regio Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Assistent Controller. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en volledige financiële administratie en speel je een belangrijke rol tijdens de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen. Je komt terecht in een informele, internationale werkomgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en eigen initiatief centraal staan. Naast de dagelijkse administratie krijg je volop ruimte om processen te verbeteren en actief mee te denken over de verdere professionalisering van de finance-afdeling. Over de organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een internationaal opererende consultancyorganisatie die financiële instellingen ondersteunt bij complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van onder andere data, risk, compliance en transformatie. Met meerdere internationale vestigingen en een groeiende organisatie werken collega's dagelijks samen aan uitdagende projecten voor zowel nationale als internationale klanten. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een open en professionele cultuur met korte lijnen. Binnen het finance team krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en werk je nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines. Eigen initiatief wordt gewaardeerd en er is volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. De rol Als Assistent Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor een juiste, tijdige en volledige financiële administratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse financiële processen soepel verlopen, ondersteunt bij de afsluitingen en levert betrouwbare financiële informatie aan voor rapportages en audits.
