Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

- Verwerken, controleren en rapporteren van salarissen voor onze Duitse medewerkers;

- Transparante communicatie richting de afdeling HR;

- Bijhouden van wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van payroll in Duitsland;

- Analyseren van perioderesultaten in samenwerking met onze Duitse collega’s en het bijhouden van balansdossiers;

- Up-to-date houden van de intercompany-doorbelastingen en de elektronische facturering

- Rapporteren aan management;

- Ondersteunen bij de maand-, halfjaar- en jaarafsluiting.

Jouw profiel

- HBO werk- en denkniveau in de financieel-administratieve richting;

- Ervaring in salarisadministratie, bij voorkeur internationaal;

- Kennis van Duitse wet- en regelgeving of bereidheid dit te leren;

- Nauwkeurig, proactief en zelfstandig, integer;

- Goede beheersing van Microsoft Excel;

- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Duitse taal, in woord en geschrift;
