Wat ga je doen? Jij bent de financiële spil tussen de administratie en de Controller. Je verwerkt en controleert de financiële administratie van inkoop- en verkoopboek tot bank- en kasboek en bereidt managementrapportages en jaarrekeningen voor. Je bent nauw betrokken bij de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en draagt bij aan de voorbereidende werkzaamheden rondom het budgetproces, forecasting en cost control. Daarin ben je niet iemand die afwacht: je signaleert knelpunten, komt met oplossingsrichtingen en denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van processen en systemen. Je werkt voor meerdere business units en schakelt soepel tussen afdelingen en vraagstukken. Naast de dagelijkse werkzaamheden pak je de komende periode concrete interne projecten op: van financiële automatisering en de doorontwikkeling van de planning & control cyclus tot het aanscherpen van de administratieve organisatie. Kortom: je komt op een moment dat er echt iets te bouwen valt. Wie ben jij? Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en brengt zelf structuur aan waar dat nodig is. Je pakt door, houdt het hoofd koel als meerdere zaken tegelijk spelen en weet jouw bevindingen helder over te brengen of je nu met een collega schakelt of rapporteert aan de Controller.
