Als Assistent Declarant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct en tijdig afhandelen van douaneformaliteiten voor import- en exportzendingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle documenten voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving en ondersteunt klanten en collega's bij vragen over douaneprocedures. Je houdt je bezig met het opstellen en indienen van douaneaangiften voor import, export en transit. Daarnaast controleer je documenten en gegevens op juistheid en volledigheid voordat deze worden verwerkt. Je onderhoudt contact met douaneautoriteiten en andere betrokken instanties en zorgt ervoor dat zendingen zonder vertraging kunnen worden afgehandeld. Ook adviseer je klanten en interne afdelingen over douanewetgeving en procedures. Je volgt wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving op de voet en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de processen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige werkwijze blijven alle douanezaken correct en volgens de regels verlopen. waar ga je werken?
