Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Assistent der Geschäftsleitung im F&B Bereich. Wir sind ein etabliertes und dynamisches Gastronomieunternehmen, das höchsten Wert auf Qualität, Gastfreundschaft und Innovation legt. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n und zuverlässige/n Assistent/in der Geschäftsleitung, der/die uns in der täglichen Organisation im operativen Geschäft unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung in administrativen und organisatorischen sowie operativen Belangen

* Koordination und Überwachung von Abläufen im Gastronomiebetrieb

* Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten und Events

* Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeiter/innen und Gäste

* Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

Ihr Profil:

* Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in einer leitenden oder assistierenden Position

* Organisationsgeschick und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, ggf. Branchensoftware)

* Freundliches Auftreten und Teamgeist

* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit auch in stressigen Situationen

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
