Voor een professioneel accountantskantoor in regio Mechelen zijn we op zoek naar een Assistent Dossierbeheerder. In deze rol ligt de focus voornamelijk op het inboeken van boekhoudkundige documenten, btw-aangiftes en administratieve ondersteuning van verschillende klantendossiers.

Je werkt nauw samen met de dossierbeheerders en ondersteunt hen bij de dagelijkse opvolging van hun dossiers. Hierdoor krijg je een brede eerste kennismaking met de werking van een accountantskantoor en leer je stap voor stap de verschillende onderdelen van een boekhouding kennen.

Assistent Dossierbeheerder - Functie

  • Je staat voornamelijk in voor het inboeken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, financiële verrichtingen en andere boekhoudkundige documenten.
  • Je helpt bij de voorbereiding en verwerking van btw-aangiftes.
  • Je verzorgt verschillende boekhoudkundige en administratieve taken binnen klantendossiers.
  • Je ondersteunt dossierbeheerders bij de dagelijkse opvolging en verwerking van hun dossiers.
  • Je helpt mee om dossiers administratief correct en up-to-date te houden.
  • Je krijgt de nodige begeleiding van ervaren collega's en werkt samen met het team aan een correcte en efficiënte dienstverlening.

Assistent Dossierbeheerder - Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkaardige boekhoudkundige/economische opleiding.
  • Je bent een gemotiveerde starter die graag de eerste professionele stap binnen accountancy wil zetten.
  • Een eerste stage- of werkervaring binnen een accountantskantoor is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent leergierig en vindt het fijn om in een ondersteunende rol samen te werken met ervaren collega's.
  • Je hebt interesse in boekhouding en wil graag praktische ervaring opdoen binnen een professionele omgeving.
