Voor een gevestigd en mensgericht accountancykantoor in regio Genk zijn we op zoek naar een Assistent Dossierbeheerder (m/v/x).

Je komt terecht in een stabiele werkomgeving waar vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en persoonlijke groei centraal staan. Dankzij interne opleidingen en begeleiding krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit.

Jouw functie

Als assistent dossierbeheerder ondersteun je mee de verwerking en opvolging van verschillende klantendossiers van zowel eenmanszaken als vennootschappen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Inboeken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen;
  • Verwerken van banken;
  • Inboeken van lonen en diverse verrichtingen;
  • Uitvoeren van tussentijdse verrichtingen en tegenboekingen;
  • Voorbereiden van balansen;
  • Voorbereiden van fiscale aangiftes;
  • Ondersteunen bij de algemene boekhouding van klantendossiers;
  • Mee groeien richting meer dossierverantwoordelijkheid.

Je werkt in een professionele maar toegankelijke omgeving waar collega's elkaar ondersteunen en kennisdeling centraal staat.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master binnen accountancy/fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • Ook kandidaten met een graduaat en sterke praktijkervaring komen in aanmerking;
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste relevante ervaring van 2 à 3 jaar;
  • Je hebt interesse in fiscaliteit en wil hierin verder groeien;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt inzicht in boekhoudkundige processen;
  • Je bent zelfstandig, collegiaal en houdt van een rustige, gestructureerde werkomgeving;
  • Je blijft met beide voeten op de grond en communiceert op een respectvolle manier;
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands;
  • Kennis van Adsolut, ExpertM of Clearfacts is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
