Le cabinet vétérinaire Bruvet est un cabinet renommé pour animaux de compagnie situé à Evere. Il bénéficie d'une vaste clientèle internationale et est principalement spécialisé dans les soins vétérinaires de première et de deuxième ligne, avec une expertise particulière en chirurgie et en médecine interne.

Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) vétérinaire expérimenté(e) disposant d'au moins trois ans d'expérience en cabinet ou en clinique vétérinaire.

Le cabinet dispose d'infrastructures modernes comprenant six salles de consultation, deux salles de chirurgie, une salle de préparation préopératoire et deux salles d'hospitalisation. Il est également équipé de matériel performant : radiographie numérique, échographes (abdominal et cardiaque), analyseurs sanguins, microscope, tensiomètre, équipement de dentisterie, autoclave, bain à ultrasons, etc.

L'équipe est actuellement composée de sept vétérinaires et de quatre assistant(e)s vétérinaires.

Vos missions:

En tant qu'assistant(e) vétérinaire, vous occuperez un rôle polyvalent et participerez activement au bon fonctionnement du cabinet. Grâce à votre expérience, vous serez rapidement autonome tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les vétérinaires et vos collègues. Vous interviendrez dans les différents secteurs : accueil, consultations, hospitalisation et chirurgie.

Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Assurer les tâches administratives, commerciales et les soins aux animaux afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement quotidien du cabinet.
  • Accueillir les clients, répondre aux appels téléphoniques et gérer les agendas des vétérinaires.
  • Conseiller les clients dans le choix des aliments, médicaments et produits vétérinaires, tout en assurant la gestion des commandes et des stocks.
  • Prendre en charge les animaux hospitalisés : admission, suivi, alimentation et administration des traitements prescrits par les vétérinaires.
  • Veiller à la propreté, au confort et au bien-être des animaux hospitalisés.
  • Assister les vétérinaires lors des consultations, des examens d'imagerie (radiographies et échographies) ainsi que des interventions chirurgicales.
  • Garantir l'ordre, la propreté et le bon approvisionnement des salles de consultation, de préparation, de chirurgie et des espaces d'hospitalisation.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'assistant(e) vétérinaire.
  • Vous disposez d'au moins trois ans d'expérience en tant qu'assistant(e) vétérinaire en cabinet ou en clinique vétérinaire.
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome et de prendre rapidement vos responsabilités.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et privilégiez une communication ouverte et transparente.
  • Vous êtes accueillant(e), serviable et orienté(e) vers la satisfaction des clients.
  • Vous êtes flexible, organisé(e) et résistant(e) au stress dans un environnement de travail dynamique.
  • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais. La connaissance du néerlandais constitue un atout.
