Wat ga je doen als KVGM-Assistent: Je werkt nauw samen met twee collega's die ervoor zorgen dat onze projecten niet alleen technisch goed worden uitgevoerd, maar ook voldoen aan relevante wet- en regelgeving, normen, eisen van opdrachtgevers en ons eigen managementsysteem. Binnen het team heb je een ondersteunende rol en help je bij uiteenlopende administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden. Zo draag je bij aan het bewaken en continu verbeteren van onze kwaliteit, veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu. Daarnaast is er altijd ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen binnen de organisatie en kun je, indien passend, deze verbeteringen mee doorvoeren. De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Certificering & Audits: Bijhouden van managementsystemen. Helpen bij de voorbereiding van de in- en externe audits van diverse certificeringen (zoals ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA). - Administratie & Registratie: Up-to-date houden van het KVGM-handboek en de daar bijhorende registraties.
