Als assistent F&B manager help je mee om het restaurant dagelijks goed te laten functioneren. Je begeleidt het team, houdt de planning en voorraad in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat klanten op een correcte en vlotte manier worden geholpen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Dagelijkse werking: Je helpt bij het organiseren van de werkzaamheden en houdt in de gaten of alles volgens planning verloopt.
  • Voorraad en administratie: Je volgt de voorraad op en neemt verschillende administratieve taken voor je rekening.
  • Medewerkers begeleiden: Je ondersteunt nieuwe en bestaande collega's tijdens hun werk en helpt hen om hun taken goed uit te voeren.
  • Planning opvolgen: Je controleert tijdens de shift of de personeelsbezetting goed zit en past de verdeling aan wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Hygiëne en veiligheid: Je zorgt ervoor dat de HACCP-regels en interne voorschriften worden gevolgd.
  • Meehelpen op de werkvloer: Wanneer het druk is, werk je zelf mee in de keuken, aan de kassa of in de zaal.
  • Contact met het team: Medewerkers kunnen bij jou terecht met vragen of problemen. Je helpt mee aan een goede samenwerking binnen het team.
  • Klantenservice: Je houdt mee toezicht op de service en zorgt ervoor dat klanten vriendelijk en efficiënt geholpen worden.
  • Je hebt een opleiding in horeca, toerisme of een vergelijkbare richting, of je hebt relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de horeca of in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en kunt je vlot uitdrukken in Frans. Engels spreken is een pluspunt.
  • Je vindt een goede klantenservice belangrijk.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en helpt mee waar nodig, zowel in de keuken als in de zaal.
  • Je werkt graag met anderen en kunt collega's op een duidelijke en respectvolle manier begeleiden.
  • Je kunt verschillende zaken tegelijk opvolgen en behoudt het overzicht wanneer het druk wordt.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en kunt werken op weekends, feestdagen en tijdens schoolvakanties.
