Voor onze locatie in Zaandam zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde Assistent F&B Manager om ons team te versterken.Wat ga je doen als Assistent F&B Manager bij Inntel Hotels Als Assistent F&B Manager speel je een belangrijke rol tijdens het verblijf en/of bezoek van onze gasten. Ons a la carte Restaurant ‘Puur Saen' heeft een prominente plek in het hotel waar jij als gastheer/gastvrouw zorgt voor een warm welkom. Gasten kunnen terecht voor ontbijt, lunch, diner of een drankje aan de bar. Je treedt ook op als gastheer/gastvrouw van onze vergaderruimtes en zorgt voor een strakke organisatie van de meetings en events. Jij behoudt het overzicht en zorgt dat de service soepel verloopt. Je stuurt en springt bij waar nodig. Je denkt samen met de F&B manager mee over nieuwe ideeën om nog succesvoller te zijn.Wanneer mogelijk vind jij het leuk om gasten te voorzien van informatie over het hotel en de stad Zaandam of maakt een praatje met één van onze vaste gasten.

Functie-eisen: Dit vind je leuk om te doen:· Lead by example, jij laat zien hoe je de beste customer experience aan onze gasten geeft.· Je team coachen en motiveren. Daarbij geef je vertrouwen, zodat medewerkers kunnen groeien in verantwoordelijkheid.· Overzicht behouden over alle F&B in het hotel waardoor ontbijt, bar, restaurant, banqueting en roomservice soepel verlopen.· Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het plannen (roosters maken), regelen en bijsturen van de medewerkers en je ondersteunt bij werving en selectie en verzuim;· Je ziet toe op naleving van de voorschriften op het gebied van veiligheid, arbo, HACCP en werk- en prestatiemethoden;Herken jij jezelf in ‘You'll be surprised…' is d
