Als teamleider of assistent teamleider werk jij in een warehouse bestaande uit 40.000 palletplaatsen. Hier stuur jij aan en werk jij mee op de werkvloer. Dit doe je in een 2-ploegensysteem in een koel- en vriesomgeving. Functieomschrijving Als assistent teamleider zorg je ervoor dat alles rondom de in- en opslag van goederen soepel verloopt. Samen met het hoofd warehouse en de (assistent-)teamleiders ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bestellingen. Het warehouse-team bestaat uit ongeveer 25 collega's die jij aanstuurt en ondersteunt. Je werkt in een koel- en vriesomgeving, met temperaturen tussen -18°C en +18°C. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Aansturen en begeleiden van magazijnmedewerkers bij inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen - Coördineren en optimaliseren van logistieke processen voor een efficiënte goederenstroom - Toezien op orde, netheid en onderhoud van intern transportmateriaal, zoals heftrucks - Bewaken van kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid volgens de geldende richtlijnen en procedures - Meewerken op de werkvloer, bijvoorbeeld met het verplaatsen en sorteren van pallets of kisten Functievereisten Als assistent teamleider is het belangrijk dat je: - Ervaring hebt binnen de logistiek, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare functie. - Eerder hebt gewerkt met scanners en een ERP-systeem. - Bereid bent om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (06:00 - 15:30 en 14:30 - 22:30). - De Nederlandse taal goed beheerst. - Bereid bent om incidenteel op zaterdag te werken.
