Binnen de kringloop is geen dag hetzelfde en juist die dynamiek maakt het een interessante job! Wat ga je doen? Als assistent filiaalleider zorg je voor de continuïteit in de bedrijfsvoering. Dit betekent: - Collega's aansturen; - Administratie verzorgen; - Actief meewerken in het filiaal; - Dagelijkse planning en taken van medewerkers verzorgen; - Begeleiding en coaching geven aan je collega's; - Zorgdragen voor voldoende voorraad; - Zorgen voor een representatieve inrichting en uitstraling van de winkel. Je komt te werken in een gedreven team. In totaal heb je zo'n 70 collega's en per dag stuur je zo'n 30 collega's aan. Het is een divers team met mensen met verschillende achtergronden en begeleiding behoeftes. Op het gebied van administratie houd je je bezig met o.a. het invoeren van een nieuwe medewerker tot de verwerking van aangenomen goederen. Tot slot ben je altijd op zoek naar verbetermogelijkheden in onze werkprocessen en -situaties. Jij bent pas gelukkig als er zowel een glimlach op het gezicht van je klant als op het gezicht van de medewerker staat. Wat neem je mee? - Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands is een vereiste; - Je werk en denkniveau is op MBO 4 niveau; - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als leidinggevende van minstens 20 mensen; - Relevante ervaring in het begeleiden van mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt is een pré; - Je bent digitaal vaardig; - Je bent een coachende en daadkrachtige leidinggevende met gevoel voor verbinding; - Rijbewijs B is een pré; - Net zo belangrijk: je hebt affiniteit met onze branche en de verschillende doe...
