Je nieuwe baan MELEDI Delft is op zoek naar een enthousiaste en betrokken Assistent Filiaalleider. In deze rol ben jij een energieke en klantgerichte host die met humor en positiviteit alle werkzaamheden oppakt. Jij zorgt voor een optimale klantervaring door interactie met klanten en het soepel laten verlopen van logistieke processen. Bij afwezigheid van de Filiaalleider neem jij een deel van zijn taken over. Daarnaast creëer je een prettige werksfeer en motiveer je je team, zodat klanten altijd tevreden de vestiging verlaten en graag terugkomen. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - Zorgen voor een optimale klantbeleving en efficiënte logistieke processen - Ondersteunen van de Filiaalleider en overnemen van taken bij afwezigheid - Coachen en motiveren van het team om de werksfeer en service te optimaliseren - Actief bijdragen aan een georganiseerde en succesvolle vestiging Over het bedrijf Over MELEDI MELEDI is de voordeligste horecagroothandel van de Benelux, met de scherpste prijzen voor hoogwaardige food- en non-foodproducten.
