Stichting 2Switch is met 15 winkels en ruim 800 medewerkers hét kringloopbedrijf in het oosten van Nederland. Binnen de kringloop is geen dag hetzelfde en juist die dynamiek maakt het een interessante job! Wat ga je doen? Je gaat werken in onze nieuwe kringloopwinkel in Venray, die medio oktober geopend zal worden. Als assistent-filiaalleider zorg je voor de continuïteit in de bedrijfsvoering. Dit houdt in dat je jouw collega's aanstuurt, de administratie verzorgt en zelf actief meewerkt in het filiaal. Je hebt de dagelijkse leiding over de winkel en het magazijn en verzorgt hierbij de dagelijkse planning van de taken van de medewerkers. Je begeleidt en coacht je collega's zodat zij en jijzelf een productieve werkdag hebben. Dat betekent dat er sprake is van coaching en ontwikkeling 'on the job'. Je zorgt voor een representatieve inrichting en uitstraling van de winkel en zorgt voor voldoende voorraad van goederen in de winkel. Als assistent-filiaalleider kom je te werken in een gedreven team. In totaal heb je zo'n 70 collega's, per dag stuur je zo'n 25 collega's aan. Het is een divers team met mensen met verschillende achtergronden. Ook verwerk je de administratie, dit kan het invoeren van een nieuwe medewerker zijn tot de verwerking van aangenomen goederen. Tot slot ben je altijd op zoek naar verbetermogelijkheden in onze werkprocessen en -situaties. Jij bent pas gelukkig als er zowel een glimlach op het gezicht van je klant als op het gezicht van de medewerker staat.
