In deze rol ben je de rechterhand van de filiaalmanager en zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in het team en helpt mee om de winkel tot een succes te maken. Zo ben je bijvoorbeeld verantwoordelijk voor de planning maken, de werkinstructies geven, de bestellingen in het systeem zetten, iedere week alle 150 nieuwe producten een plek geven, je team coachen en nadenken over veiligheid en diefstal preventie. De winkels van Action zijn meestal van maandag tot en met zondag open. Hierdoor kan Action veel flexibiliteit bieden, maar vragen we die natuurlijk ook van je. Ook is het belangrijk dat je snel kan schakelen, stressbestendig bent, leiding durft te pakken, werk ziet liggen en bij wil dragen aan de Action formule. Om je hier zo goed mogelijk mee op weg te helpen krijg je een waardevol inwerktraject van 8 weken. In die periode word je meegenomen door een ervaren Action opleidier door alle processen. Zo haal jij het beste uit jezelf en dus ook je team en de winkel! Je salaris wordt bepaald op basis van je ervaring en ligt tussen de €2.600 en €3.200 bruto per maand. Ook krijg je 24 vakantiedagen op basis van fulltime, wat 38 uur is bij Action én krijg je direct een contract bij Action!
