Als fulltime assistent filiaalmanager bij GAMMA Zutphen geef je dagelijks richting aan het team, werk je actief mee op de vloer én zorg je dat de bouwmarkt soepel draait. Je bent de rechterhand van de bouwmarktmanager, ondersteunt in de personeelsplanning en neemt het voortouw bij klantgericht werken en verkoopresultaten. Jouw energie zorgt voor een goed draaiend filiaal waar collega's én klanten zich prettig voelen. Wat ga je doen als assistent filiaalmanager? Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt in de winkel en stuurt het team aan waar nodig. Dit zijn jouw belangrijkste taken: • Coachen en aansturen van het team in de dagelijkse winkelvoering en bijdragen aan omzetgroei • Meewerken op de vloer, signaleren van commerciële kansen en klanten voorzien van praktisch en deskundig advies • Bewaken van de voorraad, winkelpresentatie en planning • Opstellen van roosters en ondersteunen bij de personeelsontwikkeling • Verantwoordelijkheid dragen bij het openen en sluiten van het filiaal Dit breng je mee: In deze rol is het belangrijk dat leidinggeven, klantgerichtheid en overzicht samenkomen. Wat goed van pas komt: • MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met ervaring in leidinggeven binnen Retail • Aanstekelijke motivatie en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel • Energie en een can-do mentaliteit • Flexibele inzetbaarheid (doordeweeks, 's avonds en/of in het weekend, in overleg) • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands Dit krijg je van ons: • Een veelzijdige functie voor 36-38 uur week, met veel ruimte voor zelfstandigheid. • Een bruto salaris is afhankelijk van je ervaring en volgens de cao Doe-het-zelf-branche.
