Jouw uitdaging

In onze winkels draait alles om de klant. Samen met de store manager zorg jij ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service, een vlotte winkelwerking en een enthousiast team.

Als rechterhand van de store manager help je mee om de winkel operationeel sterk te houden. Je ondersteunt het team, volgt doelstellingen op en zorgt ervoor dat collega’s elke dag het beste van zichzelf kunnen geven. Wanneer de store manager afwezig is, neem jij de leiding over de winkel.

Samen bouwen jullie aan een winkel waar klanten zich welkom voelen, medewerkers kunnen groeien en waar we elke dag opnieuw meer mensen op de fiets krijgen.

Assistent Filiaalmanager

Jouw rol

  • Je ondersteunt de store manager in de dagelijkse werking van de winkel.
  • Je stuurt medewerkers aan, motiveert hen en helpt hen groeien in hun kennis en vakmanschap.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte organisatie en volgt richtlijnen rond veiligheid en klantvriendelijkheid op.
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe collega's en zorgt ervoor dat ze zich snel thuis voelen binnen het team.
  • Je volgt samen met de store manager de commerciële resultaten op en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je helpt klanten actief verder en zorgt mee voor een aangename winkelervaring.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring in verkoop en klantenadvies.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van producten, werkmethodes en fietstechniek.
  • Je communiceert open, vriendelijk en met de nodige empathie.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke motivator die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt graag op zaterdag.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die collega's ondersteunt en kennis deelt.
  • Je hebt een passie voor fietsen en alles wat daarbij komt kijken.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
